Site Revitalize ("we", "us") is operated by K&C Marketing and Analytics. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit siterevitalize.com, receive an email from us, or become a customer, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Public business information. To prepare website previews, we use information that businesses publish themselves: business name, website content and images, public phone number, public email address, address and public reviews from Google Maps.
- Information you send us. When you reply to an email or contact us, we keep your messages and contact details.
- Customer information. When you buy a plan, we receive your name, email, billing address and the details needed to deliver your website. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Basic usage data. When you open a preview or click a link in our emails, we may record that the link was opened and when, so we know the preview reached you.
How we use it
- To prepare and show a preview of a new website for your business.
- To contact you about that preview, answer your questions and deliver the services you purchase.
- To process payments, send receipts and provide support.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (website hosting), our email provider and our automation tools. They may use the data only to provide their services to us.
Website previews and emails
Previews are published on unlisted pages marked "noindex" so search engines do not list them. If you do not want a preview of your business online, or do not want further emails, reply "remove" or use the unsubscribe link in any email and we will delete the preview and stop contacting you.
How long we keep data
Previews of businesses that do not become customers are removed within 90 days. Customer and billing records are kept for as long as required by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to hello@siterevitalize.com.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
